Follow these steps to ensure your claim is handled quickly and correctly, who you choose to deal with your claim is your choice but can direct you as follows:

We do not manage claims directly
We are happy to guide you if unsure

1️⃣ Ensure Safety First
Check everyone is safe
Call emergency services if needed

2️⃣ Gather Information
Names, addresses, contact numbers
Vehicle registrations
Witness details
Photos of the scene

3️⃣ Do NOT Admit Liability
Do not accept fault
Exchange details only

4️⃣ Report the Incident ASAP
Ideally within 24 hours
Delays may affect your claim or excess

Recover your losses
Notify your insurer
