If you are involved in a motor accident or incident:
You must report it within 24 hours to avoid a possible increase in your policy excess.
Full details are in your policy documentation and emails.

For All Non Fault Motor Claims via you Legal Cover with (Kindertons & Sovereign Claims):
If you purchased legal cover through Kindertons or Sovereign Claims, they will:
Take full details of the incident
Provide a replacement vehicle (for non-fault claims)
Recover uninsured losses from the third party
Notify your insurer of the claim
