Starting from £93.00, you'd be covered for up to 28 days of hire.

Whether it's having an accident, or a vehicle stolen, this can be stressful enough without the inconvenience of being off the road whilst it’s being repaired or replaced. Guaranteed Hire Vehicle Insurance will ensure you stay on the road when this happens.

A replacement vehicle will be provided if your vehicle is:

Stolen
Rendered undrivable following a road traffic accident
Fire
Theft
Attempted theft
Theft of parts or malicious damage

This could be whilst repairs are being completed or until you receive settlement of the pre-accident valuation.

The replacement vehicle is normally provided within 48 hours of the incident being reported to us and includes free collection and delivery, resulting in the minimum of disruption for your client.

Tenant Eviction and Rent Arrears Pursuit - Up to £50,000 of Legal Costs
Tenant Dilapidations Pursuit - Up to £50,000 of Legal Costs
Property Infringement - Up to £50,000 of Legal Costs
Property Damage - Up to £50,000 of Legal Costs
Attendance Expenses - Paid at Daily Rate for the duration taken off work while attending court for each whole day or 50% of the Daily Rate for each additional half day taken off work while attending court, providing these costs are not recoverable from the court

Loss of Rent Cover Terms:-

Mediation Adviser Costs up to £330
Eviction Adviser Costs up to £1,250
Up to 6 months benefit in respect of Rent Protection or until vacant possession has been gained to a maximum of £1,500 per month
Benefit will be paid at 1/30th of the monthly benefit for each continuous day that rent is in arrears
