⚠️ Making a Claim Follow these steps to ensure your claim is handled quickly and efficiently. 1️⃣ Ensure Safety First Make sure everyone involved is safe. Contact emergency services immediately if necessary. 2️⃣ Gather Important Information Collect all relevant details: Names, addresses, and contact numbers Vehicle registrations (if applicable) Witness information Photographs of the scene 3️⃣ Do Not Admit Liability Do not admit fault or liability at the scene. Exchange details and inform us as soon as possible. 4️⃣ Contact Us Promptly During office hours: notify us within 24–48 hours so we can guide you to the correct claims team. Outside office hours: follow the “Having a Claim Process” instructions below. 5️⃣ Provide Full Details Be ready to provide accurate and complete information to avoid delays in processing your claim. 🚗 Motor Claims If you are involved in a motor accident or incident: You must report it within 24 hours to avoid a possible increase in your policy excess. Full details are in your policy documentation and emails. Fault, Windscreen, Fire & Theft Claims: Contact your insurance company directly (phone number in your policy documents). Alternatively, search online: "Insurer Name" + claims number. During office hours and unsure? Call us on 01634 855995. For All Non Fault Motor Claims via you Legal Cover with (Kindertons & Sovereign Claims): If you purchased legal cover through Kindertons or Sovereign Claims, they will: Take full details of the incident Provide a replacement vehicle (for non-fault claims) Recover uninsured losses from the third party Notify your insurer of the claim ⚠️ Important: Always inform them of your actual insurance company to prevent delays or additional excess charges.
