What to do if you have a claim

Having a claim

Having any type of claim, can be a daunting time, though to help in this process, please read the below.

If you have a claim/accident on a motor vehicle please report this within 24 hours of the incident to avoid possible increase in your policy excess.
Further details of this will be in the paper work and emails sent to you.

For all motor claims please call your actual insurance company, the telephone number to call will be in your paper work sent to you.
OR we deal with Kindertons and Sovereign claims company, whom can deal with all motor claims, they will take full details down of the claim, and if not your fault and you have the other parties details, offer you another vehicle to use and claim back other losses off the other party (3 rd Party), Also, will notify your actual insurance company, though PLEASE LET THEM KNOW WHO YOUR ACTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY IS, as without this they cannot inform your insurers and extra excess may apply, due to a delay in letting them know.

So to call Kindertons and Sovereign claims, their telephone number is 01372 840 395 and press 1 for new claims.

If you have a claim on any other policy, like House, Shop, liability, to name a few. Please check the paper work we sent to you as the contact number will be on there.

Lastly, we as your insurance broker do not deal with the claims, this is dealt with by the claims team at the insurers or Kindertons and Sovereign claims and any updates can be obtained via them.
