We are proud to remain a family-run independent insurance broker, built on trust, relationships, and personal service.
The business is led by owner and Director Mark Butt-Thomas, who has worked within the insurance industry since 1985. Alongside him is his son Luke, who manages the office and the sales, having been part of the business for the last 14 years, whilst Lisa his wife has looked after and managed the accounts for over 17 years.
Together with Charlie supervisor of the administration with Heather, and Laura, and with Lewis in our sales team, all working hard every day to ensure our customers receive the friendly, reliable service they deserve.
